Love It or Leave It Program

A relisting option during your first year.

Sometimes living in a home feels different from touring it. Love It or Leave It gives participating buyers a way to put the home back on the market without paying our listing-side commission.

Within 12 months of closing
The program applies when you decide within 12 months of the closing date that the home is not right for you. Contact us to discuss the next steps.
Our listing-side commission is waived
We market your property at no charge and waive our listing-side commission. This does not mean every cost of selling is waived; we will explain the costs that would remain.
Confirm the details before buying
Ask how to enroll in Buyer Advantage and have our team explain the current program terms before you buy. Relisting does not guarantee a sale, a sale price or recovery of your purchase costs.
