From finding a home to settling in, here is what our Buyer Advantage Program includes. Talk with us before enrolling so we can explain the terms that apply to your purchase.

Love It or Leave It

If you decide within 12 months of closing that you do not love the home you bought, we will market it at no charge and waive our listing-side commission. Other selling costs may still apply.

A home warranty

We negotiate for the seller to provide a home warranty. If the seller does not provide one, we cover the cost. Ask which plan applies and review its coverage, limits and any service fees.

Off-market and coming-soon homes

We help you explore off-market properties and coming-soon opportunities when available, alongside homes already listed for sale.

A search beyond current listings

If available homes do not fit, we can call, mail and knock on doors in your preferred neighborhoods to look for potential sellers.

Negotiation on your behalf

We help you negotiate the purchase price, terms and conditions, including requesting seller contributions toward closing costs when appropriate.

Vendors and appointment coordination

We connect you with prescreened service providers and coordinate details such as inspection appointments and plumbing quotes.

A cancellation guarantee

If you are not satisfied with our work, the program includes the ability to cancel your agreement with us. We will explain the cancellation terms before you enroll.
