Listing details for 1000 N Crest Dr, Fayetteville, AR 72701 : The year, 1965. Beatlemania was sweeping the nation and Justin Bieber was only -29 years old! That was also the last time anyone had the opportunity to buy this great little Mt. Sequoyah home. Come see a house so cozy and a location so grand that someone chose to live in it for 56 years. A big part of that is the location. Less than a mile from Root Elementary, one of Fayetteville's most coveted schools. Snugged into a private no-outlet street on the most peaceful mountain in town, yet mere minutes to the entertainment district and the upcoming arts district. And it's just a cool house. The layout is super functional with the kitchen as the heart of the home opening up to living spaces on either side, all of it swimming in natural light. In 2012 most of the house was taken down to the studs and included a kitchen remodel, wiring was upgraded and insulation added in the walls, HVAC units replaced, and two bathrooms renovated. This year saw new flooring, new attic insulation, French drain and fresh interior paint.
