404 W Lakeview Dr Springdale, AR 72764

Listing details for 404 W Lakeview Dr, Springdale, AR 72764 : This piece of Mid-Century Modern art is truly one-of-a-kind. This Fay Jones original is the next to last that he designed in NWA. Jones believed, "This is a house that is not only joined to its site but appears born of it." The moment you enter this home you are welcomed by natural light, beautiful vaulted ceilings with cross-lattice woodwork, native stone, unobstructed views of the koi pond and custom Jones designed fixtures and furniture. The brilliant design creates open living spaces that are perfectly utilized. In 2005, Fay's only partner, Maurice Jennings completely updated the house. This is a rare opportunity to own a Fay Jones original.
