2402 SW 17th St Bentonville, AR 72713

Listing details for 2402 SW 17th St, Bentonville, AR 72713 : This one owner home was purchased new in 2002 & many memories have been made here. The exterior of the home is all brick & had a new roof in 2021. The seller poured an extra concrete pad to park her beloved S-10 & extended the back patio so she could include a large pergola. She put in raised garden beds where she grew cucumbers, squash, tomatoes, jalapenos, & more! She has also planted Irises, Crepe Myrle's, & Morning Glories around the house. The large master has plenty of natural light & the ensuite has his & her walk-in closets, walk-in shower, & a whirlpool tub! Two more good size bedrooms w/walk-in closets as well. The large living room has a gas fireplace & recently had new floors installed. The kitchen has all stainless steel appliances, an island, pantry, breakfast nook, & dining area. The house is solid but does need some TLC. Fresh Paint throughout will be needed, new carpet in the bedrooms will help, & replacing some of the trim would finish it off.
