22652 W War Eagle Rd Springdale, AR 72764

Listing details for 22652 W War Eagle Rd, Springdale, AR 72764 : Unique home in Northwest Arkansas' War Eagle Cove with a boat slip in a new community dock. This is a landmark property known as the "BARN HOUSE". The home was the original barn on the old farm that was located here prior to the lake. Beautiful rock fireplace in the living room with original oak siding going up to the ceiling. The hay hook still hangs over the living room and a library was built in the loft area above it. Would make an excellent vacation resort home in a great area on Beaver Lake!
