16123 Fruitwood Rd Gravette, AR 72736

Listing details for 16123 Fruitwood Rd, Gravette, AR 72736 : Eighteen acres on Spavinaw Creek, minutes from Bentonville. A live creek runs the length of the property — trout and bass in the water, crawfish and salamanders in the shallows, a resident bald eagle family along the back, and otters, deer, and bobcat through the timber. Natural springs surface across the land, an old cave sits on the property, and arrowheads have turned up over the years. The remodeled 4-bed home sits high and dry, but the land is the story: saltwater pool and cabana, a creekside cabin with a deck overlooking the water, a 16x30 pavilion, storm shelter, gun range, fenced horse pasture, and electric gates front and rear. Custom wood-rail and privacy fencing wraps the property, lit at night. Timber steps lead down the hill to the creek — fire pit and all, and you can hear a pin drop. Then there's room to build. Ample high ground for a second home site — live here while you build — plus a hilltop across the creek with long valley views. A retreat, a compound, a legacy property, this close to town.
