Listing details for 1227 W 1st Ave, Gentry, AR 72761 : Charming and iconic Ozark giraffe house! Named giraffe homes for their obvious resemblance, these iconic “folk siding” natural rock homes are unique to our region, and you’ve probably seen this one due to its corner-lot orientation and highway frontage a stones-throw from XNA! This early 20th century charmer sits on 1.5 acres and features two beds and two baths. Improvements abound throughout, including newer windows, HVAC, plumbing, septic, electric, and water heater. The property also includes a heated & cooled 9 x 15 she-shed/man cave, or maybe it’s the perfect flex-space/office/playhouse.
