0 Fritz Eureka Springs, AR 72632

Listing details for 0 Fritz, Eureka Springs, AR 72632 : Owner has had a survey done showing these lots which is on this listing. A roadway would need to be built down Fritz Street to get to the Lot 23. Very wooded with trees and oodles of privacy as you slowly go down over the property. Perfect property for the person who loves woods but loves to walk as you are just 10 minutes close to downtown. Water would come from above the property with a sewer line being in the bottom of the hollow. You will absolutely fall in love with the plans for an enchanted cottage. Ideal for the person who is desiring privacy in a wooded fairyland. A bit of Humor: Since placing the sign on Fritz Street, a yellow Caution sign has been posted warning the public there might be "snakes" in the grass. Use caution as snakes can be anywhere as you know but in town we do not have many of them due to our roads and noise.
