Spencer Pederson grew up in Little Rock and worked in freight brokering and satellite internet installation before entering real estate. He enjoyed sales, but wanted work that gave him a more personal connection to the people he served. Helping someone choose a home offered that opportunity.

With The Moldenhauer Group at RE/MAX Associates, Spencer helps clients explore homes in Northwest Arkansas with their needs, budget and future plans in mind. Understanding those priorities comes first in his approach. Family is central to his life, and an interest in the outdoors that began in Boy Scouts continues today.
