Rebecca is a real estate professional with 15 years of industry experience and a genuine love for helping people navigate the places and transitions that shape their lives. Her career has spanned residential sales, luxury real estate, marketing, brokerage management, property management, and transaction coordination, giving her a well-rounded perspective on nearly every side of the industry. Throughout her career, Rebecca has built a reputation for strong communication, attention to detail, creative marketing, and providing a high level of service to both her clients and fellow real estate professionals.

Growing up in Mississippi, Rebecca’s connection to real estate began early. When her family relocated, she became fascinated with the process of buying, selling, and finding a new place to call home, an experience that ultimately helped shape her future career.

After earning her Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the University of South Florida, Rebecca built her real estate career in the Tampa Bay market, becoming a top-producing REALTOR® and expanding her expertise through roles including Luxury Real Estate Marketing Director and Broker Manager. In 2023, she co-founded a team in Florida, combining her background in sales, marketing, and brokerage operations with her belief that great real estate service should feel personal, thoughtful, and tailored to each client.

Now based in Northwest Arkansas, Rebecca brings that experience to RE/MAX and the Moldenhauer Group, helping buyers and sellers navigate the real estate process with confidence. With family ties to Missouri and an active Missouri real estate license, she also has strong personal and professional connections throughout the region.

Having experienced relocation both personally and professionally, Rebecca understands that finding a home is about much more than the property itself, it’s about finding the community and lifestyle that feel right.
