Melissa Arndt is the Sales and Training Manager for The Moldenhauer Group at RE/MAX Associates, as well as an agent on the team. Before joining the group, she co-owned an independent Northwest Arkansas brokerage and served as its Principal Broker.

Her work now combines local real estate experience with a focus on mentoring agents. She enjoys helping new agents establish sound working habits, understand the business and build lasting relationships with clients. Outside of work, Melissa spends time with her family and pets. Her husband, Eric, is also an agent with The Moldenhauer Group.
