Johnathan Ivy brings military service, design education and experience with renovation projects to his work with The Moldenhauer Group at RE/MAX Associates. After serving in the U.S. Army, he returned to Northwest Arkansas and earned a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture from the University of Arkansas.

Working on renovation and development projects deepened his interest in how a property is designed, how land is used and how those choices affect daily life. In real estate, he combines that perspective with patient guidance for buyers and sellers. He particularly enjoys helping first-time buyers ask questions, understand the process and consider how a home could fit their needs.
