James Davies knows what it takes to start again in a new place. Raised in Wales, he moved to the United States in 2023, lived in Monroe, Louisiana, and settled in Fayetteville in November 2025. He now serves Northwest Arkansas buyers and sellers with The Moldenhauer Group at RE/MAX Associates.

Before real estate, James managed teams in the cell phone industry, where his work involved mentoring employees, solving problems and helping customers understand their choices. Those experiences shape his straightforward, approachable style. He listens to what clients want to accomplish, explains the options and helps them work through the decisions that come with a move.
