James Berry's interest in real estate began with homes of his own. He has managed rentals, renovated houses for resale and helped with new home construction. Today, he brings that practical experience to buyers and sellers with The Moldenhauer Group at RE/MAX Associates in Northwest Arkansas.

Raised between Houston and Central Arkansas, James earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Central Arkansas and built a career in restaurant management. Organizing competing priorities, solving problems and keeping people informed were part of his daily work. He carries those habits into real estate and especially enjoys helping first-time buyers understand the decisions involved in purchasing a home.
